I.  Is it okay if Jefferson knows your world?  (This does not apply to the World Without Magic, which he has not been to, or worlds that the show has stated he has been to.)  If so, please tell me things about your world he may or may not know.  

II.  If you want Jefferson to help your character obtain a magical item, or want to accidentally be affected by something he already has, such as the magic mushrooms that shrink or grow you, the cake that grows you, the riddling flowers or the sugar cubes that change your hair, please let me know who, what, and plot points.

Definitely magic-type things. (Ancient Gallifrey pre-Rassilon was all about the magic. Hence Narvin's anti-magic bias.)
